I just picked up their two cd's and I'm enoying them
on my daily commute.

Long-ish, mostly instrumental jams sounding something like
early ZZ top/Beefhart/Stooges.....nothing revolutionary,
just plain good driving music made by guys that seem to enjoy what they are doing.

Interesting articles on them in the Village Voice and other on-line periodicals.

I'd be interested in trading for or particpating in any vines of their live shows.

Doug

Hell yeah! Put on the 'Hook' and let it ride....used to play that record over and over, probably because no one could get up to change it...but it is a killer record.

They have been compared to Canned Heat.

The thing that got me was that they are just a bunch of
"middle-aged music obsessive types"...just like me....the difference
is that they have talent whereas I have none

Love the Endless Boogie. Got both the albums and saw them live in London a while back. I hear some Creedence and Hawkwind in there too. Stones vibe on the new album, especially on Tarmac City.
Show I saw they walked onstage and the guy says "good evening, this is our last song of the night" they jam for 40 minutes then walk off. Encore, one "short" 15 minute effort. Great stuff!
