Not sure if the was posted on here:

Hi all.....
Due to unforeseen technical issues, the Mushroom Stage performances will not be Webcast as planned.
These performances will however, be posted in the Wanee archives as soon as possible.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but due to the nature of these video recordings, the end results will be much better if they are viewed from the archives.

Thanx for understanding:
the Moogis team

I've about lost my patience with Moogis. I don't believe they are intentionally trying to deceive people, but the result is the same. It appears they are trying to do this on a shoestring budget and promise much more than they can deliver.

Now no webcast of the Mushroom stage shows, but they are supposed to be in the archives. When? They are not there now. Moogis is a great idea, but if the money is not there and Butch and company are not willing to operate at a loss while trying to build a big enough customer base, then close it down.

I am sure the people running Moogis are frustrated. But if it doesn't work, let us know and I will thank you for what we have received so far.

I'm done with Moogis after my current subscription expires. Enough already. First the canceled UP shows, then the Mule screw up and Derek's band not being included, and now this. And how long do they mean by will be posted in the Wanee archives as soon as possible. Seems everything they say they are gonna offer screws up one way or another. I enjoyed the 40th anniversary shows immensely!!! I liked the UP shows too but am disappointed overall with Moogis this year. Next year I will spend my Moogis subscription money on going to an additional NYC show or two in person.

Moogis needs to learn the phrase "Under promise, over deliver". I think they have it backwards right now.

It is doubtful I will pay for Moogis again. Not after paying 180 bucks for ten ABB shows that were delivered and five ABB shows canceled and a never delivered Mule and DT/ST show.

I certainly expect some kind of considerable and considerate compensation for all those shows promised but never delivered if I am to ever spend a penny on Moogis again.

A couple of observations about some of your posts here. First off do you really believe that Moogis had anything to do with the UP shows being canceled? How many shows the Allman Brothers played were totally up the the Allman Brothers band and management. Do you really think that Moogis was consulted? Really?

We announced before the Wanee festival that Derek and Susan's band WOULD NOT be a part of the web cast. Derek is signed with Sony, Susan is signed with Verve and both of their contracts forbid them to record anything with anyone else. That includes Moogis. This was announced in many places prior to the Wanee web cast. The Mule problem was avoidable. We take full responsibility for that. Stuff happens.

As to the comment "over promise and under deliver" how about this for one. You were promised that the 2009 Beacon run would be up on demand through March 2010. It is now May 2010 and they are still up. I still get chills watching them. I also watched one of this year's UP shows yesterday and it blew me away. I love playing with this band and I love hearing the result. If noone else watched these shows but me I would still be glad that I have gone through all of this hell so I could enjoy them. We have also put Saturday's Peach Stage up in the archives before promised. We said we would rebroadcast the shows twice and then archive them. Well the second rebroadcast is still a few weeks away and Saturday's shows have been up for a while now. I have thoroughly enjoyed finally getting to hear Mac, The Word, WSP,etc. You haven't?

Bottom line is I have poured my heart, soul and a ton of my personal money into trying to do something that has never been done before. If you expect perfection then you're not going to get it here. We do our very best that is a fact. Of course I could do what I think about doing occasionally (after reading these posts is one of those times) and just stop busting my ass trying to get this going and take the easy way out. It would be very simple for me to just spend my remaining years playing with the ABB and then retire. Of course if I do then the '09 Beacon run, the 2010 UP run, the Wanee shows (and yes the Mushroom Stage shows WILL be up in the archives. My apologies if they aren't up fast enough for some of you) the June rebroadcast of the Peach Stage will all be gone and you will never see them again. Is this what you want?

Your comments about Moogis being underfunded is right on. Times are very tough for a company like Moogis. I am currently working very hard to finally get Moogis fully funded and up and running on a 24/7 basis. This is taking more of my time and effort but I think I am very close to getting this done. I hope that when I finally do I can finally sit back and enjoy the legacy I will leave behind for those that care.

No complaints here, Butch. I haven't had much time to watch all of the UP shows, but knowing they are there waiting for me is nice. I appreciate your efforts.

Love Moogis, I've gotten to see more ABB shows then I could have otherwise and I still think it's a great deal even with all the minor issues. GM was a disappointment but hey we still got a lot for the investment, just my opinion.

Butch - I think you misunderstood what was meant by the cancellation of the United Palace shows, and I think it's important to understand the complaints.

People ordered Moogis when you had five more shows booked than you ultimately ended up playing. They aren't suggesting moogis had anything to do with the cancellations themsleves, but end result was less moogis product than a lot of people bought at their time of purchase.

I ordered when you only had 8 NYC shows scheduled so I didn't feel shortchanged. This was not a minor issue to alot of your customers.

I have been overall happy except for the opening night issues. Timing of the Mushroom Stage shows are broadcast doesn't really matter to me.

Butch -
I have very much enjoyed the Moogis videos over the last 2 years. I would love for Moogis to flourish and would pay more than I already have for a years to come.

My complaint is that Moogis says something will be available and then the plans change. For example, you said the Mushroom Stage shows would be webcast starting Monday and be put on the archives immediately afterward. Then 2 shows were webcast but not archived and then no more webcasts. I hope you can see that as a consumer, I have to wonder what is going on. I was really looking forward to watching the Mushroom stage shows this week.

I would be more happy with no promises being made and a general statement of we will get it archived when we can.

I will probably pay for Moogis again because I love your music and enjoy watching the ABB play. I am complaining because I want to see Moogis thrive and grow. But I think many casual fans will not subscribe any more because of the poor service.

Good luck with Moogis and keep on playing as long as you are willing.

I don't think folks would be as mad as they are about the Wanee shows if they didn't have to fork out extra money for what should have been included in their one year subscriptions to Moogis.
Its like going on an all inclusive cruise and having to pay extra ahead of time for alcohol. Then finding out they don't even have rum on the boat when you arrive.

I will keep paying for Moogis and in spite of all of the bugs, I think it's been a great value overall. Like any business, though, it needs to keep improving and my hope is that Butch and all of the gang take comments like the ones posted here as gifts rather than daggers.

Again, this is coming from a satisfied customer (for reason I stated above)

I totally disagree that broadcast of a festival with lots of acts -that was never promised to be part of moogis this year - should have been included for the price already paid. Moogis buyers in Q1 2010, bought a 1 year United Palace moogis product - nothing more.

Now if you want to argue that it should have been recompense for only get 8/13 of your promised United Palace purchase (if you were one of those folks unlike me that only ordered after the extra 5 UP shows were announced), then we could debate the relative merits of Wanee vs. 5 UP shows. But, it didn't seem to appear you were making that case.

The small issue on timing of re-broadcasts and archives doesn't seem like much of an issue to me.

May 20th, 2010.....and I'm still in complete shock that anyone would be bitching about Moogis. I have THOROUGHLY ENJOYED WATCHING EVERY SINGLE MINUTE of it. I appreciate the fact that I can go home and watch it and that it has been all put together by their staff. One United Palace show by the Allman Brothers Band that you can watch over and over is WELL WORTH the WHOLE PRICE of Moogis. Thank you again

Well , people have a right to complain i guess..

I know we live in a different age and all, but think about what has been made available..
go back to 2007...

If this were offered to us then, we would be wetting our pants with joy.
I think it's worth it for the 40th Beacon alone..

relax, enjoy the shows and go do something nice for somebody that can do nothing for you...

I couldn't agree more!! Moogis was an unbelievable deal for the amount of shows, stars and quality that I paid $100 for in 2009.

What it comes down to for me is, when you say you are gonna deliver something, deliver it.

First it was the shows canceled without any compensation. As said, many didn't order Moogis until after the 5 shows were added so obviously that is what we were expecting to get. It had to cost Moogis less to video 8 shows than it would to video 13. We should have gotten a certain percentage back or a discount for the Wanee broadcast.

Next they said both stages at Wanee would be shown live. Then just days before Wanee they told us that now they couldn't show both stages live and would archive the Mushroom stage. I didn't see it posted anywhere that Derek and Susan wouldn't be included. The Mule screw up sucked but I can understand that was just a mistake.

Then they said the Mushroom shows would be presented every night for two weeks and they didn't deliver on that. Why promise something you can't deliver? As a customer all I ask is that you deliver what is promised. I enjoyed the 40th Anniversary shows to death but just being able to see them and the UP shows over and over again isn't worth the $180.00 I spent this year. I would rather have spent that $180.00 on a couple more live shows at the UP.

Thanks for all the time and effort Butch, I'm sure it is a very difficult endeavor but I'm gonna take a pass next year.

well, i tend to be a little more paytient when it is an endeavor that is breaking new ground...

but hey, as a consumer, we all have a right to spend our money where we choose;

I'm fairly satisfied with Moogis and would do it again next year. I sgned up this spring when there were 8 shows announced. By the same reasoning folks use to say we should get 5/13 of the price back when they canceled, one could say Moogis could have asked for more $ when adding the 5 shows initially. As for the $25 for Wanee, just the 2 nights of live ABB that night were worth it. What is $25 nowadays? That said, I hope Moogis is learning a thing or 2 about customer expectations and will ramp up their professionalism in that respect.
