We Miss you Butch its been 6 weeks or so since the End of the Tour you usually check in once in awhile what have you been up too. How are you. Can we start asking for some songs to come out of Mothballs for the Beacon. Please bring out Can't Take It With You, Can't Lose What You Never Had and Win Lose or Draw pleasssssssssssse. I saw somewhere else that Ive Got a Feeling by the Beatles would be a great song and tribute for the band to do with Warren Singing. It's been what damn close to 40 years since the Allman Joys did a cover of the beatles.

Peace
Love You Guys

Bob

I'd like to see them bring back Outskirts of Town. Always one of my favorites. I wonder how it would fit in with the new lineup?

What they did this year with the horns on the Same Thing really revitalized that tune and it was just tremendous!! I'm sure there will be some surprises and I can't wait for the Beacon.

Hope you've been relaxing and enjoying yourself!
The band really kicked it up this past year, and it would be an understatement to say how much we've enjoyed what you all have been doing!
We are eagerly awaiting THE BEACON, so relax while you can.

peace
tkirk

Hey Butch.

Tkirk nailed it. This year was nothing short of amazing in terms of performances, in terms of all the excellent releases... I can't wait to see where you guys go from here in '04, but I'm very excited since it's always upward.

Hey Butch,

I met you in Atlanta with my three children. Thanks for the autographs. I am sending you an article I wrote from my company's quarterly. I have received many notes about the article. It concerns The Allman Brothers Band. I am sending it to HTW and hoping they will forward it to you. Again, thanks... and keep on playing.

It is my dream to one day play with the ABB even if its a practice.

Peace and Love,

Bluedad

Butch

Love the DVD music, interviews & behind the scenes things. Just great. And if I could put in a song request it would be Gamblers Roll from Seven Turns. Thanks for all the great music.

Good call Rust -- I LOVE Gambler's Roll -- gritty blues from down deep. Outskirts would be awesome too -- good suggestions, but anything the guys play will bring only here.

Hey Butch, have you seen Ron Simpson from Chattanooga? He was on road crew in your band Trucks. His buddy Dennis Haskins became a big TV star as Mr. Belding on Saved By The Bell. I lost track of Ron about 12 years ago. I was one of the Lookout Mountain boys at Pyramid during recording of Reach for the Sky. Scotty knew how to throw a party back then. See you at the Beacon.
