Brantley Gilbert: "Heaven or Hell" Cross of country/southern rock, from Jackson Co, Georgia

Great group, can't wait to hear new CD in Aug.

Had never heard of these guys until I saw their disc on this thread, so I checked them out on Youtube, oh my god, unbelieveable. So much so I have just bought both discs via itunes and also managed to find the cd artwork on the net.

Like Minds (Gary Burton, Chick Corea , Pat Metheny, Roy Haynes, Dave Holland)

Five Peace Band Live (Chick Corea, John McLaughlin, Kenny Garrett, Christian McBride and Vinnie Colaiuta with Herbie Hancock on one of tracks)

Anthology - Al DiMeola

(was feeling in the mood for jazz that day )

Not necessarily in 2010, but over the past few years, my favorites are:

Levon Helm – Dirt Farmer & Electric Dirt
Jerry Lee Lewis – Last Man Standing…(this may be one of my all time favorites now).
Black Crowes – Before the Frost…Until the Freeze
Warren Zevon – Stand in the Fire (phenomenal live performance)
Fritzel’s New Orleans Jazz Band (the hostess gave me this for putting money in the band’s tip jar when I was at….Fritzel’s)
Grateful Dead – Crimson White and Indigo
Rolling Stones – Get Yer Ya Yas Out 40th Anniversary Box set
Van Morrison – Its Too Late to Stop Now (love the version of St. Dominic’s Preview on this)
The Who – Live at Royal Albert Hall

Well i bought the Beatles Stereo Boxset on a Dutch online marketplace and returned it because it was a friggin' Chinese bootleg. Sleeves didn't have the same printing quality and some had the wrong spelling. The boxset looked very well made and the cds had almost identical sleeves and booklets so how the hell they managed to misspell their names
on Revolver beats me. Ringo Start, George Harrieon, etc. So i guess this purchase doesn't count.

Purchases that were satisfactory are:

Tom Petty - Live Anthology 4CD
Johnny Jenkins - Ton Ton Mancoute
Drive By Truckers - The Fine Print
Drive By Truckers - Live ACL
Drive By Truckers - The Big To Do
CCR - 40 anniversary box with their first 7 albums
Jack Bruce & Robin Trower - Seven Moons Live DVD ( i was at this show )
Johnny Cash - At Folsom Prison, Lecagy edition 2CD/1DVD
Johnny Cash - At San Quentin, Lecagy edition 2CD/1DVD
Jason and The Scorchers - Halcyon Times

King Mo - Sweet Devil - Live (this is a great new Dutch blues band; will soon be released
in the States an a small US label! Strongly recommended).

Phil Lesh & Friends - Instant Live Atlanta show with Dickey Betts doing a ABB set

Los Lonely Boys - Live At The Fillmore
Los Lonely Boys - Texican Style - Live From Austin (DVD)
The Imsonniacs - At Least I'm Not With You (jump blues)
Living Loud - Debut CD + Live DVD (Jimmy Barnes / Bob Daisley / Lee Kerslake / Steve Morse)
Neil Young - Live At The Canterbury House 1968

Alive Down South - Live compilation from the Capricorn vaults (ABB, Sea Level, a.o.)
