Thanks for the info, I've been eagerly awaiting their online availability!

But buyer beware... I just purchased 2 shows and when I tried to download them, this came up:

Validation Error
You must correct the following error(s) to proceed:
It appears that you have already initiated a download for this order earlier. Once initiated on a computer, downloads will need to be completed on the same machine within 72 hours

I've emailed them and based on previous experiences, I'm sure I'll have to email them again until this gets resolved. I don't think I've had one smooth purchase with munckmusic.

I wish Hittin The Note could take over the online distribution of ABB shows. I'm sure the process would be much smoother in their hands...

Are you using Firefox? I've found that Munck works best with IE.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'm using IE 8 on Windows 7.

I was able to use this browser/OS combination to download a Beacon '09 show a few weeks ago, after a different issue was resolved by munckmusic.

I ordered the 3-20 show and encountered the same problem as Thorazine. I hate when s#it like this happens. I sent an e-mail and I hope they fix the problem as soon as possible. Never had a problem like this before with Muletracks or any other downloads. Very frustrating!!!

By the way, I used IE and it made no difference.

Same problem with my order. Use IE 8 on windows 7. Sent munckmusic a message. Let's see if there's a quick fix.

So glad I read this before ordering. I wanted to order the 3/19 show, but will definitely hold off until you guys get some positive results. Good luck.

No response from muckmix and I still get the Validation error message and can't download the show I ordered. I hope this isn't one of those weeks of sending messages before they respond deals. If it is it will be the last time I purchase a show from them. Guess I'll have to flood them with e-mails starting tomorrow if they don't respond.

I haven't heard back from them either. Their payment processing functionality seems to be working just fine - my card has been charged.

I sent another email and I guess I will continue to hound them until the CC bill comes due, then I'll dispute the charge.

What crappy customer service!

No Artwork though.

I've found that if you do send an e-mail requesting artwork for a particular show they will send it to you as an attachment (and you only have to ask once!). Now why they don't just have the artwork as a link is odd.

Their customer service has been an issue for awhile. I find that they do eventually take care of things but it seems like they only focus on what is immediately in front of them.

Well, they did good by me. I received an e-mail telling me it was reset and to try again and I downloaded the show no problem. Didn't totally understand how to download but figured it out. I give Munckmix props for a very speedy fix considering this was the first business day after I ordered.

i hate this site. i purchased 6 shows from last years beacon run and was unable to download the shows in one sitting. went back a few days later, and my download time had expired. they actually told me that they were not an online storage facility. i understand you have 72 hrs to d/l, but that should be once the process has started. so basically im out like $50. still disputing w/ them...

I just ordered 2 shows (using Firefox) for the UP run and got both shows with one purchase, no problems. My problem is the sound isn't that great. Too heavy on the bass in the mix and a bit muddy. Hoping HTN is having them cleaned up before they sell the CD's. A little disappointed with Munckmix on this latest batch of recordings...not really up to par.

Actually, I still haven't gotten over the fact they split Liz Reed up over 2 CD's during the 3/14/09 Beacon show. How do you split up Liz Reed over multiple discs?? It's just not right!

Happened om IL's all the time.

They split Jessica on a show I attended.

I sent the disc to a talented guy from this site and he "fixed" it for me, brought back up the volume fade out and fade in from the next disc.

Did a great job.

Does HTN clean up the sound before they sell them on cd or is it the same mix as the download ?

Currently downloading 3/16 from munckmusic.com...no problems so far. I'm using Firefox on Vista. Hope all your problems are getting fixed soon...
