I personally hate this.
I got row O from the ABB presale for 3/13 and tickets that are much better than mine have been available for over a week now. Why wouldnt they let ABB fans have the best seats knowing they will buy them as soon as they can instead of letting better seats linger until the week before the show and actually looking like they wont sell them?
It is unfair if you ask me.

I have row W for 3-19, 20 from the presale, so I hear you. I had to take something in order to put my trip together. I was planning on 3-18 too, and held off buying marginal tix for that show, and play it like a local for that night. And hey, if I don't get tix, I'll have an extra $100+ in NYC to throw around doing something else!

It looks like these tix are the Platinum, etc levels being released back. I don't blame the band in trying to maximize income one bit. But you also have to figure those would be a tough sell this yr. I'm hoping to scoop some 3-18s soon.

Used to be you waited in line to get front row...not anymore. They manage these seats like the airlines now and the early buyers get the worst locations.

TM will be dropping GREAT seats from now until showtime, for every night. I pity the scalpers this year. Just yesterday row GG dead center for 3/16 dropped on TM.

Last year I saw 5 including Clapton (1), Lesh/Weir, Gibbons, Scaggs, etc... Only once did I buy a ticket more than a day ahead of the show, and only once was I further back than row E (9th row) on the floor (and that was the Clapton show ;-). All tix were through box office or TM except one night I got from another fan...all tix at face.

Be patient, and diligent, good tix will come to you.
