Good luck to all trying to get tickets to this amazing event today! See you in the cheap seats. If I can't score tickets today or tomorrow, I will have to purchase them from a broker, making me, well, broker. I live too close not to attend this event. It is really tough for me to miss a day of work in June, let alone a Saturday. This event is going to cost me much more than just the cost of admission. No matter, it will be worthwhile and an incredible day of music for all.

Good Luck and Computer Speed to all .

Actaully June is my biggest month of the year? We sell alot more than just spas and they mark May thru August as a blackout months for vacations, especially weekends, and especially June. Being the #1 salesman has it's advantages and they obliged me by allowing me to take that day off. I still plan on winning the month even though I will miss one of the 4 biggest days of June. I am hoping to ship around 200,000 in the month of June alone. It is really a make or break month for the entire year. It was tough to ask for that day off, but I am sure it will be worth it.

Thanks for your concern Sang. Love the Bananas.

Chalk it up as a sales call... think of all the potential leads at the show...

One more hour! Good luck and fast computer speed to all. I think these tix are going to sellout within minutes. I would take whatever they give you on the first shot. Going back in and trying to get better seats will probably get you shut out. I have heard there are only 1000 tickets for the pre-sell and with a two ticket limit, that means only 500 lucky fanclub members will score tickets today!

I am already assuming I will have to try again tomorrow. The scalpers will be going nuts tomorrow and really today as well. These tickets are already selling for over 2 times face on eBay and they could go even higher if demand ends up being what I think it will.

Pre-sell SOLD OUT!

Claptons site is totally locked up. Going to be many upset fanclub members that did not get tix. Just lucky I guess.

Hey i had seats two years ago and traded them no problem for GA floor tickets, just look on the clapton fan club forums and a lot of his older fans who got GA were happy to trade for seats!
Have a blast at the show. Just for some advice get there as soon as the gates open they gate off the floor in two sections. The first 200 people or so get special wrist bands to enter the section right in front of the stage!

very nice score! so how do they do the GA floor? I'm thinking about getting those seats, but being the one in our small group that gets there early to secure a good spot. would my friends be able to get to me if they come later?

Are the seats all standing during the show or sitting? I'm younger and prefer to stand and shake a leg, so I'd rather be on the floor so I don't get in anyone's way that wants their seats to sit, chill and enjoy the music.

I believe you can bring a blanket in but if you want a wristband, you better get there real early. I would love to get a GA ticket, but my wife won't have anything to do with standing all day.

Good luck tomorrow getting tickets!

I was totally shut out of the Pre Sale. I had my "EC Unique Code" from the fan club ready and tried from 10:00 AM CST until 10:45 AM about 120 times and like thousands of others...NOTHING. I hear there were only 1000 tickets issued through the fan club.
There is certainly alot of ranting going on in the forums on EC's page.
Maybe I'll have better luck tomorrow in the public sale, if not I may deal with the brokers.
One question.....How does Sheryl Crowe continue to get invited to a Guitar Festival?

I just got very lucky on the pre-sell. How does sheryl Crowe keep getting invited? Sleeping with the boss doesn't
hurt? And she's kinda hot too.

Got 2 GA, can't believe i got'em.

I do have 2 questions (i've never attended these kind of event)

How does the wristband thing works??
and in my confirmation it says i have seats 49-50 row G2, that information is useless in GA isn't it??

Not sure how the GA will go. The seat numbers are meaningless, it is General Admission. I heard that the wristbands for upfront seating are only given out to the first 200 people in the door? Don't know if it will work the same this time around or not?

Hoping you can find something, Randy. Maybe from a kind soul here who has extras.

We got our 6 (4+2) GA floor! Crossroads, baby!

So, if anyone has two extras PM me....pleeeeeaase.

g-jammin - you should put a post down in the Music/Spare Tickets section just in case someone has some extras to offer but doesn't hit the AG forum. Good luck!
