I've tried to watch it a couple of times, I guess it is too hip for me.

The wife and I PVR it every week. Great show. Love the NYC episodes.

Anthony B. will eat anything and I mean anything, eyeballs, snouts, heart, brains. Kills me how much he loves bone marrow. Makes me want to try it.

If you ever get a chance to view check out the wild chef. Cdn cooking show based upon a chef in Montreal. If your franglais (french mixed with english) is any good you will enjoy this show. The chef kills everything he eats and eats pretty well anythig that is edible on a moose, deer, pig, etc. Funny show but not for the animal lover or for those with a weak stomach.

He is the Chef that I would love to party with, and have him explain what good cooking is about. I just don't get the whole thing, maybe a good explanation of what is done and why will help me get it. I do enjoy his show, especially when he is on the edge of getting a good drunk on.

Be safe.

My husband and I both really like the show. He makes some pretty funny comments. I love to see other cultures and their cuisines. A couple of my favorites were when he was in Russia with his friend Zamir (sp?), and the one in France when he drinks the Absinthe, and the one in Sicily with his wife and her family.

I like the episode that has Alice Cooper & Ted Nugent. The grilled venison that Ted grilled looked really good. I would sure eat it.

LOVE this show, it's one of the shows I watch, without fail every week. I think if I had to pick the best show, so far from this new season, it would be the Brittany, France show. I am biased though, because my family has origins there. Good to know there are other fans of this show on here

Love this show ... the way it introduces different foods and cultures. And Bourdain actually seems like somebody who it would be fun to do a pub crawl with. Wicked wit.

It's a great show. His book Kitchen Confidential is essential reading if you're eating in New York.

I've seen probably all the episodes. Two of them stand out.

Bourdain was in northern Quebec with Cree fishermen and they shot a seal which they took back to their house to eat. It was a new house with a kitchen and the family just rolled some plastic on the floor and cut open the seal. It was a very bloody meal but Tony dug right in.

The other show was on Crete. Tony was out in the country with a group of Greek males roasting either a goat or a sheep. There was a lot to drink and a bunch of men got up to dance. At one point they stopped dancing and starting shooting their rifles in the air. Bourdain had this look on his face which was either fear, bewilderment or maybe he had gotten too loaded and this was the end of the line. It was the only time I've seen him look uncomfortable.

I saw that show - wonderful! My husband's family may have come from that region. I love travel shows, too, and have never seen much on Brittany, so it was really interesting. Very beautiful.

Did anyone see the show when they went to the Middle East (not sure which country) and they had to be evacuated because of some type of insurgency? Very sobering show. No jokes on that show.

His show is oddly compelling. He's kind of arrogant, yet he will try anything and is far from a snob; he's a heavy drinker, yet works with a hangover. I enjoy his show, but when he get's really drunk and when he goes on a liberal tirade, he loses me.
I would love the opportunities that his job affords.
He has a fan club on the travel channel's website. It's hilarious. It's a bunch of leg humping women that go apesh!t if anyone says anything bad about him.

He has a fan club? Guess he's the rock star of the Travel Channel. Who knew?

Lebanon, yeah that episode was nuts. As far as his book Kitchen Confidential, thats pretty much a must read for anyone involved in the cooking industry. It's a LOL book. Especially the pranks they would play. Hilarious.

Yeah the early Mexico episode was amusing. I remember AB from my divey NYC club hopping days. Most disappointing show was (NY) Staten Island with David Johansen. There are some great places in SI - areas you'd never dream of getting out of a car

Can't say I love it but with the sad state of TV these days I do catch it most of the time when it's on.

Really dig it. My fav was in Colombia. BBQ in the ghetto talking about the old drug cartel days.

He came into White Manna - a NJ burger joint - to shoot his show one day. I gave him crap about him blowing up our spot. Why do all the great food spots have to be 'discovered' ala Diners Driveins and Dives. Leave em alone!

I don't think I've seen a bad episode.
