Just figured out my problem. For some reason the email was being sent to my junk box. Dumb oversight on my part, but I'm stoked its fixed. Watchin the new Raleigh show now! I was there with my sis. Total blast!

Yeah I'm having that problem too. I've tried resetting my password multiple times but I don't get an email from Moogis to be able to do so. I was really hoping to see those two new shows starting tonight. Anyways, I'm sure it will clear up. I'm also hoping that its just a temporary glitch.

I just found this thread after trying to log in to Moogis today. I was unable to sign in, it keeps telling me I have an invalid user account. I renewed in January and have been able to login since. I'm hoping this is just a glitch due to the server migration. Anyone else having that problem?

Butch, the problem I have is that I only subscribed the very first time late in the evening on Feb 10. When I did so the banner on the "new subscription" tab said "full access to all beacon shows" (the main selling point for me, I wanted to watch the 5 I was at, and a few I wasn't!) and also "50+ archived shows". 5 minutes later when I log in I only have access to like 4 shows TOTAL, one of them being a Beacon show. Then I find out there's no real timetable for when the Beacon shows will be added back and seeing as how there were only 18 days left between my subscription and the expiration of the Beacon shows not being able to access them is a pretty big bummer for me... At the subscription page there was no mention that only 5-6% of the total content would accessible.

Can you give some specifics of exactly when all the Beacon '09 shows will be loaded back up? If it's goiing to be a delay I'll probably need to request a refund.

Yeah! Thanks, Butch! Just re-upped my subscription yesterday, also, and ran into same logon problems Duey describes. Then got busy with work and couldn't follow-up over there so it was nice to come here this AM and already have my questions answered! Moogis rocks and I am looking forward to NYC 2010!

I'll talk to the guys at rehearsal. That should be very doable. Good suggestion.

I wouldn't call it cabbage exactly. When we did last year's run we got all of the 65 special guests to give Moogis a one year license to web cast their talents. They were all gracious enough to give this to us. We could probably get away with keeping the shows up and most, if not all, of those guests would probably not do anything about it. This, however, would not be the ethical thing to do therefore I will not do it. When the subscriptions went on sale you were all told what the terms were. In 28 days it will have been a year. The first shows will have run the course of their license and we will not continue to show them. We have just switched from our old site to our new and upgraded site. It will take a day or two to get things settled in. We are in the process of switching all of the archives and all of the forums, groups and everything else that was on the old site to the new one. Please be patient while we get everything ready for March 11. I promise noone will be displeased.

The harsh reality that all of the Beacon 2009 run will be gone from Moogis in less than a month is tough to take. I'm guessing it's about artist releases or some contractual cabbage.

Te forums being wiped clean is an inconvenience, but not the end of the world.

Any chance of adding the 10.3 09 Charlotte show w/ Jimmy?
