I just subscribed to a new internet provider and have been having problems with delays in my Moogis for the first time. I subscribed to Moogis near the beginning of last year's run, and it has been virtually flawless until now. I am using the same computer with a new wireless G router. I was also using a wireless G before. My cable guy says its the server from the site, but I ain't quite buying that. Any suggestions? I stream audio from Mulestream and Panicstream with no problems, but that's just audio. Thanks.

i've been having problems on moogis as well. netflix runs fine, and so does every other streaming video i've watched......process of elimination leads me to believe it's their server.

I've always had streaming problems with Moogis and have never gotten a response from Moogis when I e-mailed them for help about it.
I do love the concerts though, even though they always pause so I signed up for the next year.

I'm sorry,I need to correct myself.I did get one response extremely early on but haven't gotten help again .I have a faster connection and a better computer. I am a huge supporter of Moogis and what Butch is doing but better service would be the move. I have been trying to watch the Beacon 2009 shows before time is up. I work alot of hours and couldn't watch a show today, my one day off.

Yeah I love Moogis. I subscribed early on last year and watched all the shows live and have rewatched them countless times. I'm a huge supporter myself, and I hope Moogis prospers for a very long time. My thing is that I just started having problems with the streaming in the past month. I had absolutely no problems watching them live or archived until I got this new internet provider. Just makes me think that it could be my connection instead of the Moogis server. I'm definitely gonna get to the bottom of it before this year's NYC run.

idk if it's your internet provider, it might be their server. several moogis subscribers are having the same problem, so odd are it's their server.

I too love moogis, and hope it lasts forever. i even tried watching the 564k speed and still would skip beats. Moogis is a great idea and i love it, i just hope they fix this soon.
