I have seen this band open for the Brothers at red rocks 06--and am looking for advise on what cd to buy that has the best selection of songs--as I remember the tunes were very dance worthy for the mountian people-we liked it too--so any help would be apriciated
thanx in advance

hit archive.org.
I prefer their older "mountain tracks" stuff.
Likely their web site has a forum where you can get direction from hardcore fans on the hot shows to track down.

Yep, I agree with the series of live recordings - Mountain Tracks." The studio sets are good but not nearly as loose as their live gigs, which is what got you onto them. I will say this, if you can find a vine or trade of Yonder with Darol Anger on fiddle, or any other fiddler, that rounds out their live sound in a big way, and darol is amazing and gigs with them often.

i agree just get some shows from archive. they live stuff is much better than the studio. if you are feeling like buying a disc, you cant go wrong with the mountain tracks

Amazing fiddler Darol Anger will be playing with Yonder both tonight and tomorrow at the gigs in Denver. Those would be good ones to get if you can. Meanwhile, Yonder will be on the Craig Ferguson Show on January 5th.
