This is absolutely brilliant

Warren is out of his comfort zone and has to work at the little bits of improv - brings me back about 10-15 years when you never knew what he was going to play..

: )

Warren is using one of Steve morse's guitars. He must have gone to the show to watch not play and was coaxed out to play.

Too cool....we all know Warren loves to do this and is certainly capable.

I'd buy a DVD of Warren doing sit ins with all my favorite rock bands....anyone have any clout to make that suggestion?

Wow, thanks for the link. Is there anything that Warren can't play? He and Steve had a very nice vibe there, no cutting heads, but finishing each others phrases, doing some ABB-style harmonies, trade-offs, two incredibly talented, unselfish, ego-less musicians.

It's not like he never played one. I remember a red strat (like) guitar during
the Warren Haynes Band days.

Awesome indeed. Just returned from yesterday's Mule show. I guess after the Mule gig Warren was rushed to the HMH which is in another part of Amsterdam. At the Mule
show i heard they had a 22 hour drive from Spain to Amsterdam. After a 2 1/2 hour show
getting to another gig and jam. Warren keeps on amazing me.

Mule's setlist from last night:
(great show btw. Only "complaint" is that they didn't play "Any Open Window"
and "Inside Outside Woman Blues". Was hoping to hear these 2 new songs because i
didn't hear them in Antwerp either).

I'm no gear head but if Warren was playing Steve's guitar, it was likely a Music Man Steve Morse model. Kinda looks like that from the photos in the previous posts.

Definitely! It pulled him out of his comfort zone a bit which was real nice. Awesome fun they were having.

Thanks for posting the video.
