This is from the "One for Woody" benefit

Disc 1 is the Phil and Friends set, Phil, Rob Baracco, Warren, Jimmy and John Molo

Disc 2 is the ABB set with Warren and Jimmy on guitars (derek absent - playing with DTB elsewhere)

Not taking a spot. But awfully nice of you John. This is an historic show. Possibly the only Jimmy & Warren ABB performance? This is also where Phil comes out druing ABB to play Franklin's Tower right?

That is right.

Saw Phil also sit in on Franklin's tower at an ABB Beacon Show, don't remember the year.
Both he and Oteil sang a verse.

Jimmy Herring sat in with both Derek and Warren on the Beach to Peach run of Phil and Friends/ ABB co headlined shows in 2001. I was at the Va Beach show. Jimmy came out for Southbound.

Then Derek sat in for the last 40 minutes or so of Phil's set.
DTB opened the VA beach show, then ABB ,the Phil. It was a good night
except for the noise of the figther jets landing at the Naval base during the DTB set.

I have those VA beach shows also If anyone is interested.

shoot me a PM

Peace
John

John, I would be interested in the VA Beach shows. I would prefer a trade though. I have plenty of ABB 2000 to offer up if you're interested ( http://db.etree.org/slowhand_6 ). I saw Dave Matthew and the Dead at Va Beach and it was very noisy both times with the fighter jet traffic. Luckily though recordings did not pick up on much of the white noise in the background.

The 2000 Christmas Jam also featured a Jimmy/Warren ABB performance. Derek was off with his band elsewhere that night too. No Marc Quinones either - just Butch and Jaimoe. Most of that set is available commercially as Warren Haynes Presents: The Benefit Vol. 2.
