The interview is outstanding. Alan did a great job of asking intelligent questions and staying out of the way so they could answer. Marc's "hoses or guns" story about a crazy night with Gregg, Warren and Woody is hilarious. What a quote.

Watch the whole thing. Great stuff across the board. Well done!!!

I'm not a huge Black Crowes fan (or of either Robinson brother) but I found this interview with Crows' drummer Steve Gorman super entertaining. If you are a BC fan, you'll love it, but anyone who has ever been in a band (or changed careers, for that matter) should find it illuminating:

Thanks for the kind words. Glad you all liked it. Loved Rich's Gregg stories. Funny and heavy at once.

Just finished watching it - really enjoyed it.

I've seen Rich several times, in the Crowes, solo, and MPS. Each time, he comes off as a real genuine guy. Same with this spot.

Thanks again

Rich thanked everyone on Wednesday Night. Crew, Band, Hardcore Fans, Etc including one of which has full shows from recent tour. For those interested the shows are sweet. Quality and diverse. Here's a couple links to pop on and let fly for a couple hours. I'd like to thank him also, Thanx Steve!

Dean Delray has just recorded the definitive Black Crowes/Magpie Salute interview with Rich, Marc, John, and Sven.

It is the new episode of his podcast Let There Be Talk. It's on Itunes and it is live today. If you don't know who Dean Delray is, you should. He is a hilarious comedian but he is also a massive music fan/geek and a HUGE Black Crowes fan among other bands. His podcast is gold. Once you find it, check out old episodes. He has had Marc on by himself twice and had Rich on last year by himself as well, in addition to hundreds of other great interviews. I have heard people complain about his interviewing style, but I absolutely love it. His unbridled enthusiasm for his interview subjects is contagious and he is a funny, funny man, with great insight.

Just search for Let There Be Talk on itunes and enjoy.
