Shut out hard on Saturday
Tough night

Which leaves my only chance left = Tuesday

I can see that there are many looking on here
(And many more holding up fingers at the Beacon, even now)
I hope that we all somehow get it.
As for me, i'm a relative newbie - only been seeing the Bros since the early 90s.

If you can hook me up, please send me a PM. I will be big time grateful.

God bless, bros and sisters. Keeping hope alive.

Maybe you don't personally have a Tuesday to sell, but you have a tried and true method for finding one. If any of you would want to share the lighted path with a desperate one, that would be most appreciated as well.

Has anyone ever actually gotten in from the no show line?

Is there a trustworthy broker who's not a slug that you have used?

I am truly disheartened after an hour and a half out front on Saturday and going home empty. Please help a brother out with an actual extra or a method for me to get one.

Thanks again.

201 listed on Stubhub. I've watched the prices drop in the last hour before every show. Be in front of a computer close to the Stubhub ticket pick up office and try to grab a deal. Each show I watched they dropped under $200.

I didn't watch Saturday night.

Good luck.

On Friday night about 20 people who had waied in line all day were rewarded with great orchestra tickets that supposedly Gregg turned back in. I can't think that Tuesday will have many no shows with the one show two ticket limit but you never know. Even the couple selling glass accessories outside the beacon were looking for a single last night though

On Friday the first 4 people in line got Front Row Center. 1 ticket per person. And at regular price.

So at this point, being the first few people in line might still pay off. But i think that line will form before Noon on Tues.

I'd assume the line will start Monday night. For whatever it's worth Tuesday nights show is still The Holy Grail

Yeah....

The Brazilian couple I met near stage door said they got in line around 3 I think and they got front row in front of Gregg...

They said the first person had gotten there at 1130am...

But also I met these two guys who said for Saturday, they had waited at stubhub to see how tickets would be going but didnt get any then raced to beacon and picked up seats from a scalper at 830 pm for loge seats....

Avoid the scalpers. Lots of counterfeit tix. The scammers, get the physical tix and then download the email version which kills the bar code on the tix. They are real but the bar code does not work. They will also be far cheaper than what demand and supply suggest (aka stubhub). Friends from Albany on us all day about coming down, we told then to go to a re-seller with a guarantee to make sure they had actual seats. Drove three hours, 50 bucks to park, picked up two row 4 for 200 each (way to low) and sure enough bogus. Its either take your chance at the box office or pay up to a re-seller in my view. Im sure the drive back was not pleasant......

Thanks all for the good conversation.

Unfortunately I cannot take an entire day off of work at this point to wait in line at the Beacon. I can get there after work, and hope for the best. Who knows?

Yeah, lots of bogus tix. I live and work in NYC, and RARELY use the guys that clearly scalp all the time - one for practicality (bogus tix) and one for ethics (they tend to be not very cool people). I really feel for your friends from Albany, man - I went home empty handed on Saturday, but they went home down a lot more. Please tell them that others are sympathetic - it won't bring their money back, but maybe they won't feel quite so hurt.

As a musician I am shaking my head that all of the gigs I've played and all of the associations I've made that I don't know anyone that works at the Beacon. It's a big stage, and the type of music we play is more conducive to more intimate venues.

Anyway, thanks all for the great suggestions

A clear sign of bogus tickets is anyone offering a pair in person. The tickets were sold only in pairs so no one should be able to sell a pair. A person who looks like an ABB fan should offer to go in with you. Let him hold on toe ticket until you get inside and exchange the money for the ticket

Thanks Alan. I have also seen multiple CL posts for "4 seats in a row". Makes me shake my head.

Saw "Not Many Left" a bunch of times today but just couldn't score. I guess my last Brothers show will remain in March. Feel pretty damn fortunate to have seen them every year at the Beacon and 1 year at RCMH. Missed the uptown run one year. ENJOY tonite all!!! PEACE.

Dude. Jump on the subway to midtown. Go to the stubhub place. They have computers. Watch the prices, buy on the move down. About 7-730. Grab a cab and headback.

Sucks, I know. But you'll get in.

Hey man, thanks. I got on the same day line around 2:00 that afternoon, and just stuck it out. I was #12 in line I believe, and in total it was just over a 6-1/2 hour wait in the line. It was far from boring though - lots of fun conversations and experiences with fellow fans and passing onlookers throughout the time. I finally got called up to the box office 8:45 - 8:50 or thereabouts - paid $201 at the window for front row (A) Loge. Someone told me that they were James Dolan's seats that got thrown back. Got to the row as the band took the stage. The rest is as they say history. I can say that I am physically shot today - got to sleep at 3:30 this morning. Great night.

Wow. You really earned that ticket. I can't imagine the emotional roller coaster you rode from 8 - 9.

Getting Dolan's seat makes it even better !

Ha! Yeah, you got that right. Really from 7:45 on it was an increasing level of nervousness, hope, focus and fighting off the increasing nag in my knees and hips that my once-youthful body rewarded me for my dedication :-) But then God Himself rewarded me in a better way.

The only complaint (and given the night it is a minor one) is that the Loge can be such lower energy than the Orchestra, since between half and most of the people tend to sit through the sets. Peach People's Problems.
