Yesterday I re-subscribed to Moogis and paid with my credit card. Payment has been verified. I am still unable to login. I recieve no email of Moogis confirmation for activation or anything.....but they sure got my payment. I have tried everything and nothing works. Email from the Moogis website was sent in and go unanswered. I am now at a loss of what to do.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I couldn't find a phone number to call, just their email system.

it keeps telling me I have an invalid user account. I renewed in January and have been able to login since. I'm hoping this is just a glitch due to the server migration.

I can't get in at all today. I was hoping to watch the 1st set of 3/11 that I missed. I get redirected to a page that says the ip address has changed.

The Moogis logo flash thiny on top of every single page on this site is conflicting with the new version of Java. It uses the last version of Java which does not have the updated security changes Java just made in their latest update. So every time I go to another page on this site I get three notifications I have to say no to to be able to continue to read the site. And that is every single time the page refreshes, with each thread, with each forum, every single page. Very annoying.

I have had the exact same experience and frustration. 2 emails to moogis for have gone unanswered. Is there no phone support?

Hey everyone, make sure you have the most recent release of Adobe Flash Player.

Go Here: get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

PC:
Right-click on live stream video
Select "settings"
Enable "hardware acceleration"
Choose the folder with an arrow [at bottom]
Increase bar to far right - "unlimited"
Close

MAC:
Ctrl-click on live stream video
Select "settings"
Enable "hardware acceleration"
Choose the folder with an arrow [at bottom]
Increase bar to far right - "unlimited"
Close

For Everyone:
If you get a solid freeze, just close the window and open it again to re-establish your connection.

They are restreaming last night's show on the live webcast link. Some of the moogis guys are on the chat tweaking things. The video looks great, no freezes in 30+ minutes of watching what they are putting up. If it looks like this tonight we will all be happy.

When I try to login to Moogis Iím getting a message that my subscription has expired, but it hasnít.

I re-upped for the extension in the fall, and bought the 2010 shows on March 1.
I was watching shows with no problem last weekend (March 5+6).

Anybody else have this problem and if so how did you fix it?
I wrote info@moogis.com just now...

I had the problems using IE so I changed browsers to firefox and it runs smoothly. Mozilla Firefox is a free download.


I'm glad Firefox worked well for you.

My browser was Firefox last night and it didn't work very well.

Hopefully the replay will look better. Not sure but they may have cut the
stream speed back in the second set because the picture (while it did not
freeze as much) did not look as good during the second set.

I had a subscription last year and renewed it this past fall. I just paid the $90 renewal fee and it said it will take 24 hrs to renew. Has this happened to anyone else? I dont wanna miss the show tonight.

Spoke too soon. Also getting hang problem. It does not seem to ever
come back, you need to start the whole thing over again. This is a complete
freeze of audio and video not the full screen video only freeze that we had
last year (a problem with the flash player that I've seen from other web
sites as well).

I'm having similar problems. I upped my web speed recently, before Moogis switched to the new format and had no problems streaming archived shows. Now, with the newer service, I'm getting freezing and audio drops consistently. I"ve tried several shows and I'm getting the same results. Hopefully the kinks will be worked out before the run starts.

Thats what I did. You have to make a new account for the Forms. Once I did that I was able to log on.
