Not getting your Peach-O-Gram?

Here's a page with step-by-step instructions to fix the common problems.

For the ABB website cognoscenti, the Cliff's Notes (tm) version:

a) You must have a valid account here at www.allmanbrothersband.com

b) You must be subscribed to the newsletter

c) Your email address must not be marked "bad" because attempts to email you have failed.

This last one is probably the surprising one. We used to only have a handful of "bad" emails in the database but now there are thousands, and I am sure many have been victims of "friendly fire." ISP's like Yahoo, AOL and Verizon have been particularly bad about bouncing email sent to valid addresses, and it's a Catch 22 -- if we keep sending to bouncing addresses, they even more aggressively reject our email. So we mark them bad.

If you login, click "Your Account" on the left, then click "Edit Your Information", you will see a long Bad Email message under your email address if it has been marked as "Bad," along with steps to fix it.

I'm in the same club, I recently got the Gregg POG and nothing as of yet, and I checked to see if I had a bad email address and that's not it. American Express here I come... Maybe they haven't even sent them out for the Beacon?

Since I switched my e-mail addy froma local dial-up provider to a yahoo address several years back, I either don't get them at all or get them two or three days after the fact. I've just given up and now chedk the website whenever Lana announces that one has been sent!

Always got them before, but not this one.

Didn't change email addresses, am still subscribed to the newsletter, checked edit info under my account and no bad email message...

So I can read the POG under the newsletter link, but if I buy a presale ticket does this mean my order may be canceled if there is some problem with my email address?

Haven't been getting POGs for a while now. I've learned to log in and to look at the newsletter. I don't want to change my email, as it matches for my Ticketmaster acct. which is necessary for the fanclub pre-sales.

have not gotten my peach-0-grams for a while. I just have been using the backdoor to get the passwords for the pre-sale. Is there a way besides the one posted to fix the issue?

I found another way emails are considered "bad" and added it to the info on the Your Account page. So some of you who are not getting POG's, check again.

Everyone of you who replied up to this time, except nyc_barb had emails marked as "bad" in our database -- I set them all to good so let's hope you get them!

Barb, I think you are just stuck in the "Yahoo black hole." I filled out a request form to ask them to let our emails through -- let's see what happens!

The emails come from the hittintheweb.com domain, so if any of you want to tell Yahoo to unblock us, who knows, can't hurt.

I never recieved one. I did get the one for AMEX though.

This is the 1st time I missed one. I checked my account and my email was marked "bad" even though it is good. I just clicked "save changes" without changing anything. Hopefully that fixes it.

Wow.. just checked mine. Same issue as Bob. I had the "bad email" message.
Went down to bottom and hit save, message went away.
I have not edited or changed my email here in any way in almost 7 years, so I am not sure what went wrong
