SUre do Pam, I raised 4 daughters remember? and have my 2 grandaughters livin with us now. I damn near know the whole show by heart. Carlos and I have been discussing doin a remake but we're gonna go with AnnMargaret instead of Julie Andrews and we thought a sort of real brief french maids outfit may update it some bein as we're filming it at venice beach instead of jolly ole england. Kenny is lined up to play one of the penguins. Was gonna offer you a part as the Mum. Carlos has already cast himslf as the bank owner

Codpiece: A pouch at the crotch of the tight-fitting breeches worn by men in the 15th and 16th centuries. Middle English cod = bag, scrotum

PS: computer seizing up again, bye for now...

Thanks for that informative information, EJ. Is this something I should have in my wardrobe? And do they come in XL?

HEy thanks EJ, you'll bring me out of the dark ages yet!!! Now, Im relieved to know what it is BUT what is the pouch actually for?? Is it the 15th century version of a jock strap,r a place where Tom Jones ancestors started the tradition of stuffin socks down thier trow or just a poorly placed watch pocket?

Think of an external, very visible jockstrap, Skipper. And I'll do the same.

OK, Ive got the codpiece definition & a pretty clear image of it all goin on now. Thank you, one and all, especially EJ for the right to the point info and imaging. SO, does anybody have any input on my second query about the celts. Actually its about a specific design of celtic hounds chasing thier tails in a cirlce. Anyone know anything about the lure or myths surrounding this design.???
