Brian Farmer got married a couple of weeks ago. I hope he got time off to celebrate!
He does deserve a lot of credit for the way he keeps everything going smooth and for all the hard work he does, and he is a really nice guy too!

LinnieXX - 8/7/2003 at 07:35 PM

how many times do people mistake him for Warren?

i think that is really funny. i used to do that too - but now i know better.

Pam - 8/8/2003 at 02:10 PM

I love that shirt he has that says "I'm not him" Too Funny!
I am guessing that he is mistaken quite often.

Brian Farmer is one of the baddest-mofos out there!!To see him in action is like watching an artist create a masterpiece!! I think Brian is so great, because he is such a down-to-earth guy to talk with.......for having such a highly fast-paced job!! Brian definitely busts his *ss on stage!!...maybe...Brian could start a boot-camp for "Future Stage Technicians"...he would be on 'TIME' magazine.....or 'GUITAR' magazine...at least he could be "MAN OF THE YEAR" on the cover of "HIGH TIMES"!!WE ALLLOVE YOU OUT THERE,BRIAN!!

Brian Farmer is the coolest guitar tech. that ever lived, He can play too. Keep it up Brian!

I have nothing but kind words about the guy. He has hooked me up with info, pics and setlists after a Mule show and this years Allman show at the NYS Fair. Brian thanks for all that you do!

Don't Step On The Grass Sam!!!

He only looks like Warren from a distance! Very down to earth guy. His wife Lisa is a sweetheart too. Spent some time talking to them in Syracuse last week; what a pleasure!

ABBstillrockin04 - 9/12/2004 at 12:49 AM

Now how did you do that? did you see them before the show? or was brian with warren at the shammrock?

How did I do what? Talk to Brian? I met him, his wife and Jamie (ABB drum tech and GAF drummer) at the Dinosaur BBQ earlier that day. We were talking for about half an hour; couldn't ask for nicer people.

ABBstillrockin04 - 9/12/2004 at 02:08 AM

I bet they were chowing down on a fresh smoked rack a ribs too

nyc_barb - 9/12/2004 at 02:40 AM

Actually they weren't eating. I, however just finished enjoying a pork sammich! I saw Brian and went over to say hi.

I've met quite a few roadies in my life since I did it for a living years ago. Brian works his azz off with one of the most hectic schedules in music. You can tell he is a genuine, great person. I believe Warren knows this very well from the smiles and jokes between songs. I had met Brian several times over the last 10 years, but last October he made my 2 sons ages 14, and 17 feel very special. It was the first venue the Mule had played that wasn't a 21 venue in the Cincy area. They left with signature picks, autographed shirts, and a memory of a lifetime. They are true Allman/Mule fans, but they will never forget Brian.

I saw Brian at a bar with some friends at a Worcester MA show about 2 years ago... it was right across the street from where they were playing. All I did was say hi to the guy, then at the end of the first set he saw me down standing in the front row, and he gave me the setlist that Warren was using. Seems like a cool guy.
