My predictionis they'll plan Anyday, Layla, and Why Does Love have to be so sad w/Eric Clapton....along w/an acoustic 'I am Yours'...and some other MONSTER version of a non-Dominoes Clapton song!

Desdemona, Instr. Illness or Egypt, and if Chick Corea and Stanley Clarke show up, some heavy jazz stuff, maybe In A Silent Way, since they did that in either '06 or '07.
Would love to see Clarke/Burbridge double bass madness!!!!

I'm really looking forward to tonight. That list of guest stars has been right so far. Looking for a lot of instrumentals, heavy on the jazz.

That would be insane!

I'll be in center Loge tonight for my first of 2 shows. Hoping for: Desdemona, Mt. Jam and being a Sat. night - any surprises that they seem to save for Sat. night (my last Beacon Sat. show surprise was Dazed and Confused).

billybarool - 3/14/2009 at 02:46 PM

I'm pumped for tonight!!!

It would be a very cool bonus if Chick Corea shows up

WarEagleRK - 3/14/2009 at 02:52 PM

No knowing the guests tonight, I'll pick a couple of songs that haven't been played yet.

Desdemona
Good Clean Fun
Soulshine

Along with probably the Don't Want You No More/Not My Cross To Bear opener since it hasn't been used since the opening night, and maybe another Mountain Jam.

But seriously, who knows?

Uponthe2ndfloor - 3/14/2009 at 03:31 PM

I know a lot of people aren't crazy about it,but it's one of my favorites and hasn't been done yet,so I'm thinking tonight I'm going to hear

Woman Across The River

Also

Desdemona
One Way Out

billybarool - 3/14/2009 at 03:56 PM

Im thinkin:

Mountain Jam
In A Silent Way
Afro Blue
Desdemona
Woman Across The River
Revival
Rockin Horse

I say we definetly get some kind of Jazz tune if the guest rumors are true

billybarool - 3/14/2009 at 03:59 PM

Every Hungry Woman
