Sounds like he was being booed! No idea why - I thought he was great! Didn't overplay, some nice harp licks...

Cool gig so far :-)

Can't tell if you are being facetious.

"Brruuuuuuuuuuce" sounded good to me to.

LinnieXX - 3/14/2009 at 01:23 AM

yelling bruuuuuuuuuuuuce is something NY's and NJ'ians do; we are used to calling for The Boss Bruuuuuuceeee

jersey_devil - 3/14/2009 at 01:23 AM

Willis looked like he truly understood the honor he'd been given to stand onstage between Warren and Derek. He did not embarrass himself or the band. My only complaint is he had a little too much camera time ...

musicmann - 3/14/2009 at 01:27 AM

This is not his first time with the Brothers

KPRESTN712 - 3/14/2009 at 01:29 AM

Bruce must be a friend of Warren. Back in Woody days of the Mule he jammed with the Mule in Phillly.

Nope, never seen springsteen... call it a limey misunderstanding :-)

While I'm here, nyone know what the last song playing over the pa was, just before they took to the stage? Nice guitar on that...

bob1954 - 3/14/2009 at 01:47 AM

Saw Bruce play with the band at the Beacon in 2006. He was better this time.
