Thread: Video 3/12- My lovely SOUTHBOUND footage

LazyLightning24 - 3/13/2009 at 12:49 PM

This was an absolute smoker.
And i have this new dandy of a camera. Broke it in the 1st night- could hardly film.
Different story last night, and it came out real good- save for the guy in front of me who leans over to his left exactly 5 times during Warrens solo. Its allgood and i think it came out wonderful. In HD. More to come. Enjoy.

It may not be fully uploaded yet, as it is 835am, and it says still processing. Should be up by the time most of you read this. The HD files take forever (4hrs total) to upload to Youtube.

And click HD when the window pops up.
Seeya Saturday!

Great video! Thanks!

Anyone know who slipped into Jaimoe's kit right at the beginning of the song?

pops42 - 3/13/2009 at 05:05 PM

The piano guy had good chops, but he was out of synch with the rhythm section.

What an honor it is to see those four guitarists together! I thought Mr. Mcconnell's solo was very nice, picking up right where he left off in Hampton! Thanks for posting this video.

BIGV - 3/13/2009 at 06:02 PM

Buddy Guy really seemed to understand what was going on in that song, tore it up.

Hey, at about the 1:30 mark I see Jaimoe gets up and someone else sits down at his kit...is that his drum tech or someone else????

DerekFromCincinnati - 3/13/2009 at 09:55 PM

Cool. That was fun to watch. Had the stank on it.

The way Buddy lit the afterburners during his solo gave me the chills, sometimes I think he does'nt get all the aclaim he deserves.
