Thread: Help from fellow ABB fans with cd glitch

Had a great time Friday night- amazing seats in 4th row- great show but could not get my cd set that I bought. The line was so long that I would have missed my train back to Philly. Any suggestions about how to get the cd I actually paid for??? TIA

Contact Munch customer service. They are terribly slow, but keep up with them, and you will get help. They should be able to give you a code for a Download, otherwise you would have to pay for shipping.

You have to be relentless with Munch. Be kind, but firm. They will make it right but it may take a long, long time.

The little receipt they gave you to redeem your purchase and get the CDs after the show has directions for receiving the discs via mail.

Mail the receipt to the address on the paper with $4.
