I took today off and don't see my first show until 3/13 but walked by the Beacon several times today. I live in the neighborhood of the Beacon and I get excited every time I see the theatre and that marquee! I can't wait to get inside for this year's run!

They were not off last night. I've seen them when they're off and last night was not one of those nights.

Doubtful, but it was first night.

This just isn't true at all. They were on fire.

I couldn't agree more. The boys came out of the gate last night clicking on all cylinders. This somewhat eclectic setlist was being loved by everyone in the seats around me. I didn't hear one complaint. Actually, there was one complaint...the encore of YDLM was just a little too short. Would've liked it if they stretched that one out a bit more. Other than that, it was a steller night and a great way to kick off the 2012 run.

kdick - 3/12/2012 at 05:35 PM

Now were talking, lets keep the buzz, buzzing!!

BIGV - 3/12/2012 at 07:02 PM

Seriously?

Maybe because this takes place only in N.Y.C....

Last I heard, there were ABB fans all over the country.

TRMGDEAD - 3/13/2012 at 02:01 AM

Here it is......................WOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO O!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

mikesolo - 3/13/2012 at 02:48 PM

no, that not it at all, last 3-4 years there were plenty of people on this site with setlists/reviews/ ect since day one. but because moogis is gone all the "fans" here stopped coming. i think its a an age thing, most of the fans here are 50+ and only come around when they can watch it on ONLINE. you know those people in ORCH that always ask you to sitdown at a rock concert? welcome to hittin the web! go to any other site like philzone/phish/widespread/ and there are STREAMS and REVIEWS and you cant get enough of it! we need to inject some young blood here
