Thread: McKesson The Biggest Drug Dealer in America

robslob - 12/18/2017 at 04:54 AM

60 Minutes, 12-17-17:

"McKesson is supplying enough pills to that community (San Luis Valley, Colorado) to give every man, woman and child a monthly dose of 30-60 (opioid) tablets."

-Helen Cope, retired DEA investigator

"We must hold the pharmaceutical companies accountable. When we give a $150 million dollar fine to a company (McKesson) that is making $100 million a week in profits........that isn't going to do it."

-Maggie Hassan
New Hampshire Congresswoman

This is our America: Street dealers go to prison for peddling crack or heroin. Corporations expand their market for opioids and avoid ANY jail time. Meanwhile McKesson takes in $200 billion per year.

Yet another example of our corrupt, wasteful, hypocritical, absurd, deadly war on drugs.

well drugs are bad, lol, done my fair share.i only partake of weed and jim beam nowadays.
i my lifetime i would say white powders and pills were a scourge.

from here on out.....synthetic weed is evil
chemical warfare on the mind has broken out
the white powders i was worried about have changed
pills are everywhere

beware of your children......LOL?....it ain't what we grew up with

Mckesson is a pharmaceutical distribtor and not a manufacturer. Their customers are pharmacies like Walgreens and Walmart and Costco. Who is to blame in this kind of scenario?

LeglizHemp - 12/19/2017 at 01:54 AM

its the small pharmacies that were talked about in the story......lol....the online shops...did you even watch the story?

Very good question.

In the scheme of things compsnies like McKesson are nothing but street corner dealers and the pharmacies are the hood urchins running nickel bags.

The real "dealers" are inextricably woven into corporate fabric of the military-industrial complex back through Afghanistan, Latin America, Vietnam, Nazi Germany, the Opium Wars, if by some miracle this problem was ripped out by the roots civilization as we know it would collapse.

We built this city on rock and roll.
