Thread: In memory of Penny Phillips

Just got a reminder of how fragile life can be. A girl I knew from HS in IN passed away suddenly a week or two ago. My sister told me about it when I stopped by for a visit last night. My sister, Cathy, and I had gone to IN in July '08 for an all classes high school reunion in our old hometown of Zionsville. Penny was a couple years ahead of me, one year behind Cathy. A group of folks met at the pub just outside of town and we were catching up on the last 30 years. Penny was among those in attendance. We talked about our lives, our kids, the old days. Now, just like that, she's gone. She was only 49. It's give me pause to thank God for the good times, and also that I got to see Penny and know her life turned out alright after HS. My thoughts are with her kids, friends and loved ones. R.I.P., Penny

Sorry to hear about your loss Dave. I will pray for Penny's family, and be thankful for my own!
