WOW!! What a great story. I have been a fan of the Allman Brother's since the very first time I heard them play. I never knew anything about "Southern Rock" or the blues for that matter until I heard The Allman Brother's, and Duane on that guitar. I was struck by a tune on the Electric blues Radio today thatincluded Boz Scaggs & Duane Allman, in an Anthology. "Somebody Loan Me A Dime". I love to listening to the blues and good ole Allman Brother's music. Can yougive me any info on what happened to Duane, and where I might be able to purchase some of the old music from the pre-60's of his?
