WHAT A DAY.A BEAUTIFUL FALL DAY. 3 FRIENDS AND MYSELF DROVE FROM NEW YORK CITY - FORDHAM UNIVERSITY IN THE BRONX. THE ALLMANS PLAYED 3 SETS-2 IN THE SUN-1 WITH THEIR TEMPORARY LIGHTS THEY SET UP ON STAGE. THE JAMES MONTGOMERY BLUES BAND OPE

The recording I have here is a very listenable B grade AUD, with numerous cuts, blips, bleeps, and whatnot...definitely worth having for the performance itself, but I'd love to get my hands on the remaster, if anyone out there has it!

What a show - one's as good as the other on here. They break it wide open on Liz Reed.

Apparently over 60,000 attended and the concert security was completely overwhelmed, ending outdoor concerts there until the Aerosmith event August 24,1975. It was a great day.

It was at the Trenton Speedway which is part of the New Jersey State Fairgrounds in Hamilton Township, NJ
