Several cuts from this concert made it to the Wipe The Windows, Check The Oil, Dollar Gas album (CD). A real great show! A very emotional show! Liz Reed takes you for a ride on a country road on a shady summer evening.

2 CD, complete. Good sound. Also have the Marshall Tucker opener.

The pitch is a bit high as the tape speed was off. Gregg's voice often sounds a bit funny. This version of the band was enjoyable w/ Chuck Levell's piano filling in some of the gaps left by Duane.

Just got this show and it is a great one. I was a bit confused as to the date as the 4 songs from this set on the "Wipe the Windows..." cd list the date as November 26, 73. But the calendar shows the band didn't play that date, so I'll take this date as accurate.

This was the First Allman show I ever attended. It was also Broadcast on KSAN in San Francisco, so when I got home i listened to the broadcast my sister had taped for me. The comments at the end are Vintage Johnny Sandlin. Trouble no More and the interplay between Chuck & Dickie that starts Whippin' post is amazing. This version of Whippin' post is enough to raise the dead...My absolute favorite version.
